Soon after I placed the order, I was contacted by an employee to tell me that they can deliver the next day, but not the same day to my location, and If I needed same day delivery, they would refund my money. I found Maria Fiorista on the internet and she offered everything I needed. The website was easy to understand and also catered in English. A quick talk using the On line chat sorted out my requirements as I had an unusual request. Having a person that can speak English to help in this time of stress was very helpful. This meant I did not have to keep searching the net and making calls as many of the other Florists DID NOT have the same services like the online shopping cart with all the flowers listed with photos and prices and the chat line to speak directly with the florist to her my needs and ask for advice. Maria Fiorista wrote out all the cards with my wording and I was so grateful.
