I ordered the flowers at 12.50 but you didn't receive the order until after 1 pm so I didn't get same day delivery. It might help customers to be warned of the delay in the receipt of the order which is difficult to \predict ;;i t may be the the server, the technology .... or even the pick up at your end. So to suggest that customers should allow a delay of, say, 1 hour , might avoid disappointments. Some wording which acknowledges the customer's disappointment rather than ,or in addition to, a shot of your proof that the order was received after the deadline would have been appreciated.

Always on time! Beautiful flowers & plants! They will also tell me if the person was home, or at the doctor's or visiting next door., which is very beneficial.
