I have used Maria Fiorista before, each occasion I have made changes to my selection with personal requests that could have been easily refused. Lori is very professional she has listened to my requirements occasion, flowers, colour and gifts and double checks the order. If she tells you that she will call you back after confirming your request and delivery time she will and she did for each order from Rome to Melbourne nothing is too much trouble. They send an email confirming your order and a second email when the delivery has been made, this service is priceless. I have contacted Maria Fiorista by phone, communicated by email, I have not used the live chat but I did speak English. Loridana thank you for your exceptional customer service. \Marzia
