Despite a technical glitch, the customer service was very understanding and fully refunded the order. Glitches happen but the company goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer is happy.

In the US, when we order arrangements, they arrive in a vase. I'm not sure but I read later that our order may not have included a vase? If I had received an e-mail asking if they were to be in a vase, I would have said yes. You may want to consider adding that extra step. I feel bad that they just received flowers without a vase, especially since it was a sympathy bouquet. Thanks and have a great day! Laurie

The service was great ... the florist had to make several attempts to deliver the flowers, and that was really appreciated! \And ... the flowers are beautiful!
