Maria Fiorista's goal is to provide excellent customer service at all times. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help resolve any issues.

If you placed an order on our website or with our call centre and it was not delivered to the recipient, please allow us 24 hours for a perform our investigation into the matter. In most cases, the courier attempted to deliver and no one was available at the home or office to accept delivery. If this is the case, Maria Fiorista will attempt redelivery of your order or try to contact the recipient on the contact number provided to arrange an alternative time. If we discover no delivery attempt was made, we will provide you with a full refund. If we are unable to substantiate your claim, we reserve the right to reject that claim.

Rejected Delivery
If you place an order and the recipient rejects delivery, whatever the reason, Maria Fiorista will not provide a refund and cannot be held liable for the recipient's decision. If an alternative address is provided to deliver the flowers there may be an additional courier fee. This action can only occur on the same day as the delivery date requested.

If a delivery is made, and there is any question as to the quality of the flowers, plants, or additional products, the recipient should contact Maria Fiorista to discuss the matter. In most cases, we will be happy replace the arrangement. However, claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. No refunds or replacements will be made after this period.

Maria Fiorista operates on an automatic “substitutions allowed” policy due to the seasonal availability of flowers and plants. We aim to match all orders as best as possible to the images on our website, but when flowers, plants, containers, and other items are unavailable, substitutions of equal or greater value will be made. This means that although the item received may be similar to the original order, it may not be exactly the same.

All order cancellations must take place prior to delivery 24 hours prior to the order being placed. Maria Fiorista does not accept cancellations on the same day. Once delivered, no refunds for cancellation will be accepted. If incorrect delivery information is provided, the customer may obtain corrected information, providing this information to Maria Fiorista for the correct delivery. Additional delivery fees may be incurred.
